All completed Cross Connection Control/Water Protection forms (excluding Test and Maintenance Reports) should be submitted via email at awcrossconnection@austintexas.gov or mailed to:

Test and Maintenance Reports should be entered online in the WEIRS Database. As of 7/25/22, paper copies are no longer accepted unless specifically approved by a Water Protection Specialist.
