To qualify for registration as a CSI, you must hold and maintain one or more of the professional licenses described below:
All required licenses must be valid at the time of registration and at the time that any customer service inspection is performed. Each required license must be renewed in accordance with the respective licensing requirements. Periodic submission of license renewal documentation to the SSD is required to maintain an active registration with the SSD. The SSD will determine whether an applicant is eligible for registration. The SSD will also train each registered CSI in the inspection and reporting requirements and procedures.
