Cost of Service Study 2007 Public Involvement Program
The cornerstone of the public involvement process the Utility has established for the Cost of Service Rate Study 2007 is the Public Involvement Committee (PIC). PIC meetings are the primary forum for discussion of the issues involved and provide an opportunity for both advocacy and consensus-building.
