Project Overview

In the Old Enfield neighborhood, Austin Water will install 3,315 linear feet of new water lines and 4,495 linear feet of new wastewater lines. This area is well known for water pipes breaking and leaking, and we are very glad to be bringing new water infrastructure to our customers here as part of the Renewing Austin program as we prepare for the demands of the future.

Timeline

Construction in the Old Enfield area is scheduled to start in 2025 and take 18 months to complete. Before the work begins, we will host a public meeting so you can ask questions and learn what to expect during the installation. Please sign up below to receive information about the public meeting as well as ongoing project updates!
