Approve a resolution authorizing the issuance of Austin Housing Public Facility Corporation’s Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Note (Escuela Nueva) Series 2024A-1 and Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Note (Escuela Nueva) Series 2024A-2 in an aggregate principal amount up to $35,000,000 to Escuela Nueva LLC, or an affiliated entity, to finance the construction of a multifamily housing development to be known as Escuela Nueva located within the city of Austin at or near 2013 Montopolis Drive, Austin, Texas 78741; approving and authorizing the execution and delivery of related documents in substantially the same form attached to the resolution; and authorizing specific named representatives of the Austin Housing Public Facility Corporation to execute the documents relating to issuance of the Notes and closing the transaction.
