The presentation was made by Ed Van Eenoo, Budget Officer; Bert Lumbreras, Assistant City Manager; Brenda Branch, Director of Libraries; David Lurie, Director of Health and Human Services; Sara Hensley, Director of Parks and Recreation; Howard Lazarus spoke as Acting Assistant City Mananger and as Director of Public Works; Bob Gedert, Director of Solid Waste Services; Rob Spillar, Director of Transportation; Robert Goode, Acting General Manager for Austin Energy; Elaine Hart, Senior Vice President of Finance for Austin Energy; Leslie Browder, Chief Financial Officer; Greg Meszaros, Director of Austin Water Utility.
