Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance creating an economic development program and authorizing the negotiation and execution of an economic development agreement with LegalZoom.com, Inc.
A staff presentation was made by Kevin Johns, Director of Economic Growth and Redevelopment Services. The public hearing was closed and Ordinance No. 20100218-001 approved on Council Member Cole's motion, Mayor Pro Tem Martinez' second on a 7-0 vote.
