To submit a reservation request, review the information on the Special Events website proceed to make a reservation request. Reservations can be made between hours of 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. and must be made at least 16 days in advance.
Reserve a building or facility

Public event on park property
Special events require 6 months to 1 year advance planning along with extensive advanced development by the promoter/organizer to ensure safe and sufficient plans to sustain the event.

Reserve a park single-day entry pass or campsite at Emma Long Metro Park
Enjoy access to Lake Austin and amenities at Emma Long Metro Park – Park Entry Single Day Passes are available online up to 14 days in advance and camping reservations are available at several full utility RV sites and primitive tent campsites.
Commercial filming and photography
Review the Frequently Asked Questions and Insurance resources then proceed to submit a Filming Application at least 7 days in advance to Reservations@austintexas.gov.
