Does my project qualify for Expedited review?

Residential projects

Most residential projects are eligible for Expedited review. However, projects requiring a drainage review (less than 10 ft. within a driveway) do not qualify.

All projects submitted through Expedited must be sealed. Projects not eligible for an Expedited review may be submitted to standard residential review.

Commercial projects

Most commercial projects are eligible for Expedited review. Commercial projects that are either 75,000+ square feet or $7.5 million or greater in construction value may be subject to participating in the Better Builder Program (59 KB).
