Public Assembly
The Annual Public Assembly permit is required for public establishments who participate or operate at an occupancy rate of 50 or more people, and whose gross sales constitute 51% alcohol.
Fire Protection Systems Programs
Fire protection systems in commercial buildings must comply with City ordinances. Verification of fire system compliance must be submitted by third-party inspection companies through The Compliance Engine.
Prescribed Burns
Austin Fire supports the use of prescribed burns for forest and range management, ecological restoration, and training purposes where and when appropriate.
