The Austin Police (APD) Highway Enforcement Investigation Unit is requesting the public’s help with identifying a suspect in connection to a Failure to Give Information and Render Aid that occurred on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at approximately 9:52 p.m., in the 8600 block of FM 969 Road.
 
The driver of the suspect vehicle exited a gas station and attempted to turn left out of a private drive when the suspect vehicle collided with another vehicle. After the collision the suspect vehicle did not stop and render aid as required by transportation code.
 
The suspect is described as:
