    Temporary suspension of Officer Jonathan La Borde

    Chief of Police Brian Manley determined that Officer La Borde’s actions violated multiple policies and suspended him from duty for 10 days, from June 17, 2020 through June 26, 2020. Officer La Borde violated Civil Service Commission Rule 10.03(L) and APD General Orders 303.3.1, 304.3.1, 304.3.2 and 305.2, which includes the department's body worn camera (BWC) and in-vehicle camera (DMAV) policies.

    Suspención temporal del oficial Jonathan Da Borde

    El jefe de la policía, Brian Manley, determinó que las acciones del oficial La Borde violaron múltiples políticas y lo suspendió de sus labores por 10 días, al partir del 17 de Junio hasta el 26 de Julio, de 2020. El oficial La Borde violó la Regla de la Comisión de Servicio Civil 10.03(L) y las Ordenes Generales de APD 303.3.1, 304.3.1, 304.3.2 y 305.2, cual incluye las políticas deparmentales sobre el uso de la cámara corporal (BWC en inglés) y la cámara dentro del vehículo (DMAV en inglés).
