The Automated Citizen Assistance Program (ACAP) is the City Manager's quality assurance tool for customer service.
As part of our goal to be the Best-Managed City in the Country, we strive to provide the best customer service possible to our community members. We also know the importance of holding ourselves accountable when things don’t go well. If you as a resident feel you have not received the best possible service, ACAP can help.
When you bring your concern to ACAP, the City will review, research and try to best resolve your issue, with staff from the relevant department responding to you.
