A message from the Agenda Manager

The City of Austin has proven to be forward-thinking and a cutting-edge organization utilizing best practices and state-of-the-art technology to better serve Austin residents. As the Agenda Manager, I am proud to lead department users whose unwavering commitment to the agenda management process supports the City-wide goal of being the “best managed city.”

As the Agenda Manager, it is my responsibility to provide long-range planning, weekly coordination, tracking and oversight of the municipal legislative process. I ensure that I am knowledgeable on the most current technology available to properly maintain and enhance the features of the agenda management system, manage the agenda creation, and much more. My office provides administrative support to the City Manager and City Departments during City Council meetings and work sessions.

As my office adapts to present and future needs, we serve as a bridge for the community and provide support to carry the City forward toward our shared vision of making Austin the best place to live. It is a journey with no end, and I look forward to the road that lies ahead.
