Use My Schedule to get a personalized collection calendar for all residential curbside services. You can add your schedule to Google, iCal or Outlook, or you can print it. You can also sign up for text, email or phone call reminders and alerts. If your address does not show up in the My Schedule tool, please call 3-1-1 for assistance.
To help us reach our Zero Waste goal, Austin Resource Recovery will no longer mail printed collection calendars to customers. If you want to print your own calendar, search for your address in the My Schedule tool. Next, select Get a calendar and then click Print a calendar.
Trash and composting and recycling collection
Trash and composting are collected every week. Recycling is collected every other week, so there is an "A" week and a "B" week. All curbside collections happen on the same day of the week.
Clothing and housewares collection
Clothing and housewares are collected through an on-call service.
Bulk collection
Bulk items are collected twice per year. You will receive a postcard in the mail informing you of your scheduled collection week.
Large brush collection
Large brush is collected twice per year. You will receive a postcard in the mail informing you of your scheduled collection week.
Holiday Slide Days
If your collection day falls on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year's Day—or if it falls after the holiday in the same week—it slides to one day later. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, your collection day will not slide.
