Peer Health Educator (PHE) Program

AHA has implemented an innovative peer-led health project for Travis County youth ages 13-19. The goal of this intervention is for all youth who participate to increase their knowledge, skills, and attitudes about healthy relationships while becoming empowered to share this information with their peers. Youth can serve as either Peer Health Educators or as program participants. The PHE program provides leadership development and positive youth development opportunities to youth.

Do you want to be a peer health educator or a peer advisory committee member? Do you want to get paid to be a leader for your friends? We are looking for rising 8th graders to 12th graders to be part of the youth movement in AHA. Click here and apply today!
