Making a stressful situation much easier

I would like to commend Officers Henrichs and Culbertson, who responded to a car crash in which my cousin was involved on May 29, 2024. My cousin had just left from a visit with me to head home to Tomball when her car was hit by an uninsured driver who ran a red light a few miles from my house. I was not in the car but came to the location after my cousin called me, as she is a minor. Thankfully, everyone was okay, but my cousin had never been involved in a car crash and was shaken up. The uninsured driver also complicated the situation. Officers Henrichs and Culbertson were incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful in dealing with the incident and made sure my cousin had all the documentation she needed to file a claim with her insurance carrier. I appreciate greatly their assistance through the whole process, their thoroughness in obtaining information from a worker who witnessed the crash, and the care that they showed my cousin, all of which helped make a stressful situation much easier.
