- LBI Certificates of Insurance: Right of Way Contractor License Holders reminded to update Insurance, Bond information (Nov. 27, 2024)
- Conflict Resolution Pilot Update: As part of a pilot program, proof of conflict resolution for ASMP Street Levels 1 and 2 is not currently required. The pilot program has been extended through May 2025. (Nov. 27, 2024)
- Right of Way Management has transitioned from Function Roadway Classification to ASMP Street Level Classification. For more details, read the memo about this classification switch. (Feb. 16, 2024)

- You must report all of your permitted right-of-way closures via Austin 3-1-1 (or dial 512-974-2000). Read more about this process in the TCM. Your notification is appreciated!
- All permits must be applied for online. Most permits do not require an appointment. To request an appointment click here. Your request will be reviewed within two business days.
- Application fees are non-refundable. Ensure you have selected the correct application by visiting our Permits page, prior to application submittal.
