Fee Payment
The Development Services Department allows customers to pay bills online, in person, over the phone, or by mail. For more information, visit the Bill Payment and Cashier Services webpage.
Service Fee for Credit Card Payments (AB+C Portal): Customers choosing to pay via credit card will be charged a service fee of 2.35% ($2.00 minimum). The following fee-free options are available:
- Pay online with a checking account (online bank draft/eCheck/ACH)
- Pay in-person with a credit card for payments less than $10,000 (cannot accept payments over $10,000 in person via a credit card)
- Pay in-person via cash or check
