How to use Citizen Connect
Citizen Connect allows you to create alerts for a specific address or even a radius around an address. You can also filter complaints by the year that they were created.
Search for a case
You may search by Address, Case ID, or Region by typing in the search bar. The map may also be navigated by hand to search for cases in specific areas.
Filter a search
Add a filter by selecting a region and/or date range. You can select multiple regions and date ranges. Change between map views by selecting the map icons on the left.
Filters may be cleared by clicking "X" on those you wish to remove.
View complaints
Hover over a complaint pin to display general information about a complaint.
Click on the complaint pin to display detailed information about the complaint on the right. The number of visible complaints in the right pane will change depending on how zoomed in you are.
Set alerts
Create an alert on an Address, Case ID, or Region by clicking the "Create Alert" button. You can create a name for the alert and select how frequently you want to receive alerts.
Manage your created alerts from the Alerts tab in the top right.
