In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the City of Austin has an established complaint process to report discrimination. The process is found in the Disability Ordinance in the City of Austin Code.

If you have an accessibility concern or complaint about a City service, program, or facility, we encourage you to talk to the program manager or department director. They will be able to address your concerns the most directly.

You can also file a complaint with the City of Austin Office of Civil Rights. You can discuss your complaint with us by phone or over email. Or you can submit a complaint form by email or by mail.
