The Austin Animal Services Office (ASO) Strategic Plan provides a clear and actionable framework to guide the organization’s efforts over the next five years. Guided by the 2023 City Auditor's Office report and developed to align with the broader City of Austin Strategic Direction 2028, this plan outlines key priorities to improve how ASO serves the people and pets of Austin.
