If you would like to have your comments included in the packet that city staff provides to these specific land use commissions below, you must submit them before the deadline. Below are the links to the individual websites, agendas, bylaws, and the rules and procedures for each one of these boards/commissions.

Deadline for comments is Noon, day of BOA meeting. Only 1 copy needed.
The Board of Adjustment hears requests for variance from the requirements of Chapter 25-2 (Zoning), except as otherwise provided by the Code; appeals of an administrative action under Chapter 25-2 (Zoning); requests for a variance from the requirements of airport zoning regulations under Section 241.034, Local Government Code; and performs other duties prescribed by ordinance or state law. It is preferred that anyone requesting a postponement of a public hearing put the request in writing to the Commission Liaison by 10:00 a.m. the Tuesday before the Zoning and Platting Commission meeting. The request for postponement should reflect how long the item should be postponed and the reasons for the postponement (Rules of Procedure Article VI. (A) ).
