Teresa Perez-Wiseley, Chair
Teresa Perez-Wiseley, formerly in middle management with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), has spent the last 13 years as an International Union Representative responsible for understanding Civil Service rules and personnel policies as well as negotiating contracts. She has also mediated/arbitrated Equal Employment Opportunity Commission cases.

Melissa Rogers, Vice-Chair
Melissa Rogers is an attorney with 20 years of experience in a broad range of labor and employment matters. In her years in private practice and as in-house counsel, she litigated, provided advice and presented training on issues involving discrimination, harassment, contract disputes and labor issues. Ms. Rogers is also active in her community volunteering at The Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum and at Austin Pets Alive!
