Organization Development is a division of the City of Austin Human Resources Department. Our mission is to improve organizational performance by providing outstanding professionalism and customer service, ongoing needs assessment and skill development training, internal consulting and managing a cost-effective Learning and Research Center.
OD champions organizational learning and employee engagement at the City of Austin through the delivery of diverse programs and services to City leaders and employees. We provide ongoing skills development through our Leadership Academies and other city-wide learning opportunities. Additionally, we provide program management and coordination as well as coaching, consulting and facilitation services to City and department executives and managers.
OD offices are located in the Learning & Research Center at 5202 E. Ben White Blvd., Suite 500.
