Spreading Joy to Austin Families: AUS Employees and Partners Give to Neighbors this Holiday Season
‘Tis the season for giving, and giving we did. As we head around the corner to the holiday season, over here at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), we’re overwhelmed with pride looking at the generosity displayed by our exceptional employees and partners at Whiting-Turner, who pulled off a successful adopt-a-family campaign to support families in the community. Over the course of a few weeks, our amazing teams have been on a mission to deliver not just gifts but bundles of joy to 39 little ones and 14 families who might have missed out on the enchantment of the season otherwise.
The thoughtfulness rooted in each donated gift reflects the true spirit of AUS – an organization made up by people who care deeply about making a positive difference in our community.
We extend our deepest appreciation to every employee who participated, and to our partners at Whiting-Turner, whether for contributing gifts, organizing collections, or supporting the cause in other ways.
