City of Austin to Host GSA for In-Person Meeting

On Tuesday, September 17th, 2024, the City of Austin in partnership with Austin Community College will host representatives of the General Services Administration from Washington, D.C. to kickoff work on Austin's Action Plan 3. 

The goals of the meeting are: 

  • Introduce the Open Government Partnership Program
  • Engage with the U.S. Open Government Secretariat
  • Inform the creation of the City of Austin's Third OGP Action Plan

Location and Parking:

The event will take place at Austin Community College's Center for Government and Civic Service - 1218 West Ave. Austin, TX 78701. Free parking is available in the ACC Garage on 12th Street between West Ave. and Shoal Creek Blvd., or there is metered street parking all around the venue. The garage is about 1.5 blocks from the event space. Once you enter the building, you’ll go up the stairs to the left and there will be signage directing you to the right space. An elevator is available to the second floor if needed.  A map of the area is below.
