REGISTER FOR CAMPS

  1. Use the Registration Database to browse classes, or Download the ESB-MACC youth registration form (ages 5-16) or adult registration form (ages 17 and up).
  2. Complete the form and send it to our education department via one of the following methods. (For fee-based classes, credit cards, cash and checks are accepted. Please do not send cash with mailed registrations.)
  3. You will receive registration confirmation via email; check your spam folder if you don’t see it. You must obtain a free parking permit from our office.
