The Austin Police Department (APD) has identified the deceased in the October 31 homicide as Lucifer Devil Divinitas.
On Sunday, October 31, 2021, at 11:20 a.m., 911 received multiple calls of a man being stabbed at 526 W. Oltorf St. APD and Austin-Travis County EMS arrived on scene and found a White man with obvious trauma. The man was transported to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at approximately 12:23 p.m. by Dr. Brocker with the Travis County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Homicide investigators and crime scene technicians were called to process the scene and interview witnesses. According to multiple on-scene witnesses, a physical altercation broke out between a food delivery driver and a civilian parking attendant in the strip center parking lot. The altercation ended with the delivery driver being stabbed. Homicide detectives have interviewed the civilian parking attendant. The case has been forwarded to the Travis County District Attorney’s Office for review.
On November 1, 2021, the Travis County Medical Examiner’s office conducted an autopsy and ruled the cause of death as a stabbing and the manner, homicide.
