2026-2027 Registration
Registration for the 2026-2027 school year will open on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 10 a.m. for City of Austin Residents (1 p.m. for non-residents).
The information is viewable online at Creativity Club After School on WebTrac Activity Search until it opens at that time.

Creativity Club After School Arts
Overview
Creativity Club is a monthly after school program held at the Dougherty Arts Center. Students engage in arts lessons in various areas of visual and performing arts. The goal is to provide students with a supportive, collaborative space to express themselves creatively.
Creativity Club runs concurrently with the AISD calendar, including all AISD holidays and closures. 5-year-olds may attend if enrolled in kindergarten. Pack a nut-free snack for your student specifically for after school. Arrival times can vary depending on transportation. The program ends at 6pm. Our student-to-teacher ratio is 12:1, and students will be split into groups based on age.
Pre-registration is required, and program space is limited.
Program Information
Grades: K-5
Fee Per Month: $160 (resident) / $220 (non-resident)
Runs: August through May, concurrent with AISD calendar
Monday through Friday, 3pm to 6pm
Creativity Club @ DAC : Galindo Elementary
- Transportation by DAC staff via City van.
- Van arrival times will vary.
Creativity Club @ DAC : Zilker Elementary
- Transportation via AISD bus.
- Arrival time depends on AISD bus.
Creativity Club @ DAC : Drop Off
- Transportation WILL NOT be provided.
- Students may be dropped off as early as 3pm.

Due Dates
Once enrolled, students are guaranteed a spot in consecutive months as long as payments are made by the 15th of the month for the next month's tuition.
Drop Dates
If a payment is not received by the 20th of the month, your child will be removed from the program for all remaining months, and your space will be forfeited.
Note: If the 15th or 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, action will proceed on the the next following business day (see exact dates on chart above).
Invoices
An invoice for the entire rest of the year will be emailed to families upon enrollment. Families may view this balance and will have the option to make payments for future months online in their household account. This is not a requirement. Invoices and monthly reminders will still be sent each month.

- Youth Friend Request Form (English PDF, 98kb / Español PDF, 109kb) - For students who wish to be placed in the same camp or class together; only one request per student is permitted, subject to approval by program administration.
