An event organizer must provide a sufficient number of portable toilets to meet the needs of their attendees at peak hours. As a general guideline, the organizer should be in good shape by going with 1 toilet per 50 people or suggested numbers from portable restroom providing companies based on the number of attendees, event duration, and if there is alcohol service provided.
The City reserves the right to request and approve adjustments to portable toilet services depending on event size, scope, and details.
