You may ask, "What makes those travelers so lucky?” Well, those airline travelers are located on the west end of the terminal and therefore get to indulge in all the finger-licking classics, comradeship at bars, and the best Southern styles.

How ‘bout relaxing at a bar and getting some brunch? Annies Cafe & Bar near Gate 27 is the spot with the freshest food options, accompanied by refreshing cocktails, wine, and beer. Whether it’s a panini, croissant, cheeseburger, or a simple salad or sandwich, you can watch the chefs prepare it right in front of you.
The sun is setting, and the hassle of traveling has you craving a hearty meal... but where? Look no further than Haymaker across from Gate 23, the restaurant at your rescue! Whether you’re just there for poutine or a pint of beer, enjoy the spirited atmosphere of the sports bar and the chance to hear a local artist perform live.
Saving the best taste for last? You will not be disappointed eating at The Salt Lick BBQ! Unless you don’t eat meat... then that may be a problem. For all our carnivores, though, this Texan Hill Country classic can be found between Gate 21 and 22. Choose from their world-famous pulled pork, smoked sausage, or brisket, or just get all three on one platter!
After you get some fuel in your tank, use that energy to explore our Austin-inspired shops! Whether you just need an essential you forgot to pack or want to pick up some Austin merchandise before you depart from this weird place, Barton Springs West is only a stroll away from Gate 28.
