Hyundai technicians will install the free anti-theft software upgrade, which should take less than 30 minutes, March 8 to March 10.
The Austin Police Department (APD) Auto Theft unit invites Hyundai vehicle owners to bring their vehicles to Burger Sports Complex from March 8 to March 10 for a free anti-theft software upgrade.
Hyundai will host the three-day event and welcome Austin and surrounding area motorists who own or lease certain Hyundai vehicles for the software upgrade. Hyundai technicians will install the new technology, which should take less than 30 minutes, at no cost to residents.
The mobile clinic is intended to complement Hyundai’s nationwide network of dealerships and drive further installations of Hyundai’s free anti-theft software upgrade for customers who continue to be affected by theft. All attending owners will also receive a no-cost steering wheel lock, compliments of Hyundai.

- Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
