On Friday, December 29, 2023, at approximately 2:16 a.m., a homeowner was awakened by a suspect who was breaking into his vehicle. The suspect attempted to leave the area, but was followed by the victim. The suspect pulled out a handgun and fired multiple shots at the victim’s vehicle before leaving the area in a white Hyundai, later discovered to be stolen.
 
The suspect is described as:

• White or Hispanic male
• Late teens to 25 years of age
• Small, thin build
• Armed with a 9mm handgun
• He was last seen wearing a distinctive white, red, and blue hoodie with “Polo” on its right sleeve and “1967” on its left sleeve. He was also wearing black or dark blue shorts with white print, and white and black shoes with red at the toe
