NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
March 24, 2023
ICMS #: 2023-0223
On March 17, 2023, the OPO received an in-person complaint.
The complainant alleges: There has been multiple police reports filed, to which an
appropriate response has yet to have been met. Looking at on clarifying what's needful
under the provision of how to objectifyingly utilize the objections of the Texas penal code.
There has been a lack of handling the police reports I have filed over the past
weeks. I have been needing to speak directly with a human trafficking detective during that
time. During which time there has been a lack of adherence to the information disseminated
to multiple officers to appropriately and professionally be in the acceptance of the
information given and further giving the appropriate appointment to the right detective
dept.
there was a very neglectful response on the part of Officer
at the
unit. The response was very generalized and diffusion and lacked
any depth of adherence to what was being said. After a very unprofessional response he
attempted to threaten me saying if I returned to the unit I would be charged with criminal
trespassing. Case #
(some numbers illegible, see complaint form)
Upon leaving the unit I experienced a recurrence of the same harassing behavior due to the
situation not being handled correctly. I went back to the same police station
to file a
police report only to have two other police officers arrive shortly after I arrived there
obviously attempting to position themselves SO that I would speak directly to them and
when I spoke to them about the situation they were very subversive about the things that
took place inappropriately and attempted to justify the officers lack of professionalism by
not sending the case appropriately to the human trafficking dept. But to a unit that had none
of my corresponding consideration to justify the officers' lack of professionalism. Please
look at the case number for officers spoken to on
Please refer to the intake recording for more information.
