The public hearing is required by HUD and by Chapter 373 of the Texas Local Government Code, and is in accordance with the City's Citizen Participation Plan. (Citizen Participation Plan recommended by the Community Development Commission.)
The public hearing was closed on Council Member Dunkerley's motion, Council Member McCracken's second on a 6-0 vote. Council Member Slusher was off the dais.
