NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
February 10, 2023
ICMS #: 2023-0121
On February 10, 2023, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: A called was placed about a hot shot gun that was never fired
or hit anyone, Some of the statements that was reported was untrue and falsified, and
exaggerated, in the police report written by a detective who says he's been on the
department for 15yrs, you would think he would get all the facts before sending a report
over to the courts, yes a argument happen and a threat was made to do harm to Me, and a
firearm was shown, but in the report it was a lot of false stay and exaggeration, I never was
arguing with
and only argue with the guy, who she met 3.and half weeks he move
into her place, not 3 months, I talked to
that day and we were going to meet up at
when she got off, she changed her mind at the last minute I was out that way SO I still went
by her place of work, I been knowing her for about nine months and we had some recent
issues cause of her roommate who she just met 3 and half weeks ago, not 3 months ago. I
read the report and was shock all the mistakes the 15yr officer put in the report and as I
researched the officer history I see he was sued for racist discrimination practices, that raise
a alarm because I am afo American and I feel maybe this may be way he rush a report in
without facts.
