ICMS #: 2023-0063
On January 23, 2023, the OPO received an email complaint.
The complainant alleges: He has left several messages for the APD District
Representative Office in Henry Sector within the past year and they do not answer the
phone or respond to his calls. Resident requests police assistance with serious issues and
crimes happening within his neighborhood. Most recently, resident is concerned about
children who keep removing the manhole covers from the storm drains in his
neighborhood. Resident states the system of contacting APD District Reps is not working

County.

determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
