The complainant alleges: APD came to his house on the

not to come in blue because his son watched the people in blue almost beat him to death in
front of his house. It is not a good idea to do a wellness check with a gun and in a blue
outfit that looks like a police officer. The officer told the complainant he was a mental
health person. The complainant told the officer not to wear a police uniform and to send a
social worker or someone from integral care, maybe a couple of them one for him and
one for his son but not the men in blue. He told the officer please do not come here anymore
because it is dangerous for the both of them. On the
