On January 18, 2023, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: I was at the
and when I arrived the
Austin Police Dept. helicopter blue & white for three or four hours flying over and around
the storage building very loud well I came to change my clothes and I had my dirty clothes
cleaned then I took a napped while all these noise from a helicopter and private plane flying
over the building anyway I went to the park called

workers that participate with the Austin Police Department as well a group of adults eating
also a private school with little females and males to provoke to do a sex crime SO I went
used the bathroom and told the city workers to call in to report about noise pollution and
they refuse to call it in but when I came out the restroom you had everybody including
were all pretending they was looking for something on
the grounds to see me with my penis out. Then afterwards I called 311 to get the Austin
Police Department and called landscaping company and while I was doing all kinds of
vehicles coming from all directions of the streets trying to catch me with my penis out then
SO I became angry and hit the city trash cans with my stick then all of a sudden Austin
Police Vehicle came strolling down the hill to protect the individuals that helps them
because they always assume that a
do everything then he parks his car at the
intersection to see if I will attack then give minutes coming from the opposite way plane
police car was ready to arrest me. Anyway the entire individuals of Austin, Texas knew
and participated in this evil act.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
