Approve the purchase of a 5.0-acre tract from MERCY OF GOD PRAYER CENTER, INC., Austin, TX, located on Yager Lane in an amount not to exceed $610,000 including closing costs. The property is to be used for transmission lines in conjunction with the transmission circuit being built from Decker Power Plant to the Techridge Substation and for a future switching yard. (Funding is available in the Fiscal Year 2004-2005 Approved Capital Budget of Austin Energy.) (Recommended by the Electric Utility Commission.)
