After being arrested, while I was
handcuffed, I was assaulted by an APD officer right outside the jail. The assault happened in the
entrance garage of the jail. After I had exited the police SUV in the garage, the officer grabbed
me with his hand and slammed the side of my head into his vehicle two times, very quickly, one
right after the other. The APD officer then led me, still handcuffed into the booking area of the
jail as if it had never happened.
