NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
January 12, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0006
On January 4, 2022 the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: I was at the
with your roommate
and my service dog and we just walked in and we were discussing what we're going to buy and we
stopped and my dog my service animal tinkle just a little couple drops on the floor not even close
to the food and the police officer screamed at me at the top of lungs I need to take him out the store
remind you he's my service animal registered and I told him that and he's like well you need to
clean it up and I did which I didn't have a problem doing it cuz it's my responsibility and then he
yelled at me saying look what your animal did and all this stuff and he didn't cause any distraction
of any food or anything for that part just a simple little couple drops of tinkle urine excuse me and
he was very rude and very unethical and unreasonably mad maybe he had a bad day or something
but I don't appreciate that and that's all the yelling was unnecessary and uncalled for
