NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
April 28, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0322
On April 27, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: She called APD because her neighbor was videotaping her. At first,
APD told her it was illegal then he changed it, SO she told him "F" you and closed her front. The
officer told her the neighbor can film up to a certain pass point, but the neighbor continued to point
the video camera at her front door. She has had a lot of break-ins and that neighbor could be
responsible and she has a right to see what is on the film or APD should review the film. She is
in public housing because of several disabilities, but she does not know about her neighbor or if
she has medical conditions, or why she provoked her.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to determine
if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service Rules, and Municipal
Civil Service Rules.
