On May 2, 2022, the OPO received an online complaint.
The complainant alleges: The former Chief of Police
had been attacking me with a
drone. I'm a Beta. I'm in a mind control program. I know I'm not schizophrenic I've met with other
officers remotely they have a drone on me and it's to help me but I'm trying to help them because
I'm not able to call 911 and Report Remote Crimes. A plant's thoughts in my mind he is connected
