On May 20, 2022, the OPO received an email complaint.
The complainant alleges: APD det
and
are refusing to
investigate a hit on my storage unit at
all
my legal documents were stolen. some additional items such as clothes. APD is working
in conjunction with NBC's hired corrupt PI to target me in retaliation for filing criminal
complaints against
friends at nbc. i was told by OPO in an email dated
that internal affairs would contact me and no one has. attached is a pic of the gate
entrance the "homeless" people had to jump. and a pic of the lock the "homeless" people
supposedly cut through.
they jumped a gate, went to the very rear building, somehow entered without a cardkey,
and went to the very back rear corner unit with a tool to cut through this lock. and the APD
is claiming nothing suspicious here.
i'm including
on this email,
and the austin city
council - SO everyone can see what APD is up to in regards to APD"s treatment of those
with good faith criminal complaints in against
friends.
Here you go. I emailed everyone about your abuse of office, public corruption, and
obstruction of justice. You need to be charged. I'm posting thus email at
on my
Twitter page right under the falsified police report the apd rewrote to frame as an
emotionally disturbed person when I am not. Apd has no credibility. See you,
and the other bad guys in federal court and before congress for giving special
treatment to
friends and not upholding rule of law. I'm going to make sure you are
known as the face of apd corruption when my story breaks in the national and by extension
world news.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
