NOTICE OF COMPLAINT
July 22, 2022
ICMS #: 2022-0603
On July 20, 2022, the OPO received a phone complaint.
The complainant alleges: A dump truck has been parking on a residential neighborhood
street for over a year. The weight of the truck is too heavy for the street, and he wants it to
stop. He wants the truck to be cited. He has been talking to office
, Precinct
who will not do anything about it because he says APD is understaffed, and he cannot
get over there. He thinks APD may have been by maybe once or twice but the truck leaves
in the morning and comes back at night and is parked all weekend. He thinks maybe APD
work
SO when they come by, they cannot find the truck.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
