On August 22, 2022, the OPO received an email complaint.
The complainant alleges: filing a complaint, case number

911 dispatch them to come out after taping the whole conversation not
once did I mentioned the perpetrator name when police arrive they stated they stopped in
the office and asked did he have any prize SO how could you stop and ask them that when
you didn't know his name and you're on a 911 call SO why are you stopping in the office
when you're dispatched to me because after all these complaints on police y'all are sending
setups to me that's why everything has to go to the Federal Bureau of Investigations
If that had been the president they would have went and got him they knew exactly who he
was because they sent him to attack me
And stated they body cameras don't take pictures but he took a picture of my face when the
perpetrator pitch the ball in my face attacking me and the exercising room that's too many
police that need to be held accountable for their crimes

determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
