On September 29, 2022, the OPO received an email complaint.
The complainant alleges: My name is
I am a law-abiding citizen,
contributing member of my City of Austin, to my state of Texas, to my United States of
America and to our world. I support all that is legal, ethical, just, moral, and unbiased. I
stand for what is right and decent, and I do not infringe on others.
In my home I have been victimized by hate crimes, crimes against the elderly, crimes
against the disabled, stalking, Hacking, and bullying just to name a few. My current Police
Case Number is

These episodes presented themselves by employees of
during
a Federally mandated city of Austin weatherization process that was to be done in my home
in
These criminals did not complete the work because they were dedicating
their time to robbing me. Since this heinous act evidenced itself in unrequited thief, my
home has become a target and has been breached continually, I have been robbed and
harassed repeatedly. These criminals are SO vile and brazen that they have gone through
my personal items, my refrigerator, cupboard, steal my food, stole my insulin and other
much needed medical supplies, and during the last episode, they took a bath in my guest
bathroom, left it dirty, and stole my towels and the bath products therein. They took all
my personal papers including my marriage license, birth certificate, and social security
card. On more than one occasion and episode they have ram shackled my home to the
extent that it looks like it was ravaged by a tornado.
This brazenness of the criminals demonstrates no discretion with how they have repeatedly
ramshackle my home. They open my mail and leave it SO that I can see that they have
raffled through and opened it. They have gone through my files. Stole my research papers,
historical books, and only God know the financial extent of the artwork stolen. They stole
jewelry, my mom's my dad's, and my husband's. they stole irreplaceable items of my
OSI husband from his service career. His stamp collection, my old money signed by my
cousin

old coins, piggy banks, shoes, vintage clothes, clothes with
current price tags, designer bags, hats, gloves, lamps etc. etc. They took their time and

ravaged my home. They trifled with my Easter Star Fez and took mementos that
distinguish me as an honored member of this organization
I followed police protocol with each incident. (Report to crime to 311 unless it is in
progress.) I have repeatedly asked for the police to come to my home to take fingerprints
or simply to see evidence of the havoc done. (Never during these incidents of repeated
infringements did the police come )
After two detectives, a call from a Sargent
I submitted an online police report and
was assigned to Detective
I learned
that my WIFI was hacked.
the security person from Spectrum
told me that there was an IP address coming in to my WIFI and an IP address going out of
my WIFI.
from Spectrum, said that he could not tell me who these hackers were, but
he could give the information to APD when APD submits a request for the information.
(Don't hackers leave a footprint that leads to who they are?) I provided this information
by email to Detective
who said that there was nothing he could do. Detective
did erroneously provide me with the wrong email address for Cyber Security for
APD. Isn't hacking a federal offense?
The processes and frequencies of these crime evidence that I have been targeted. These
crimes cannot be considered no less than Hate Crimes. These vile elements demonstrate
no fear of the law, and they appear to be very familiar with police policies. There actions
are indicative of collusion due to the brazenness and familiarity of how they inflict these
crimes on me.
All I have asked is for the Austin police to provide equitable treatment to me as it relates
to protection, investigations, and due process of the law. They do not call me back when I
make a report with 311.
Sargent
accused me of calling and making frequent complaints against the Austin
Police Department. She was confrontational in her phone call to me. Detective
suggested that I forget about all that has happened to me and to just let it go. Sargent
told me that Detective
made this "let it go and forget about it "suggestion
to me to protect me. At the end of the conversation SGT.
mockingly retorted to me
that:" she guesses that at the end of all this, I could sue the APD, the City of Austin and
everyone else.

I feel that I have been abandoned and left with no support from APD while targeted,
victimized with hate crimes, repeatedly robbed, stalked, and left to the devices of these vile
criminal elements with no support from our police department. I do not know what position
I am in as it relates to these ongoing malicious, hateful acts of intrusion, hate crimes and
stalking. I have placed a no trespassing sign in the screen of my entry door.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
