On October 5, 2022, the OPO received a mail complaint.
The complainant alleges:
got a warrant for my arrest by
filing false statement and misleading by stating the falling on the agg kidnapping affidavit
for warrant of arrest and detention.

who reported the victim was covered in blood and looked like she
was a part of a horror movie. This is misleading.

The suspect used his body to get in her way (due to the vast size difference between the
suspect and victim there was no way the victim could have physically gone around him
suspect approximately 6' tall and 280 lbs victim 4'11" and 120) This officer did misleading
the statement that was a false report. I am 5'10" tall and 230 lb by him stating this did
mislead the warrant to be sign that this detective did file a false document to court which
is a 3 degree felony which have cast me to be taken and held against my will. This det did
and have mislead the warrant of arrest and detention case

which is a opinion not a fact. I've a right to
protect my things and well as myself this det willing mislead the warrant to show that I
was guilty there fore misleading the warrant for my arrest abusing his authority.
This notice of complaint is a request for Internal Affairs to initiate an investigation to
determine if the employee conduct is within compliance of APD policy, Civil Service
Rules, and Municipal Civil Service Rules.
